ARNECC Notice to Stakeholders (25 May 2018)

Please see the following update from the Australian Registrars National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC), confirming that Purcell Partners ‘can now commence negotiations for approval to provide and operate as an ELNO with each State and Territory Registrar.’

LEXTECH (Purcell Partners Pty Ltd) is excited to announce it has received approval to pass through stage 1 of the process to operate as a potential Electronic Lodgment Network Operator (ELNO).
